Less is More!

T When you create your presentation material do you add every topic only then to pare it down? Are you afraid of leaving key items out? This is a tactic developed from fear of failing. If we talk about everything, then there is no way to lose, right? There is a much more effective way. If you convey 10 things equally, your audience will forget all of them. If you convey 3 things really well, they will come back to you for more. Start your content with the question, “If you want your audience to walk away with only 3 things, what would you talk about?” Start here. Practice on your delivery of these 3 things so well, your audience will want more. As any good comic knows, leave them wanting more and never give all your material at once.
